A single digital gateway now connects businesses in Dubai to 65 corporate services in one place.
Dubai Chambers has launched the Business in Dubai platform, a digital gateway that gives companies access to 65 corporate services from seven accredited partners in one place. Announced on July 8, 2026, the platform is aimed at businesses looking to establish, grow, or expand their operations in the emirate, with a particular focus on small businesses, entrepreneurs, and digital economy firms that need faster access to service providers.
The platform consolidates 65 service offerings across four categories: financial services, marketing and growth services, technology services, and testing, inspection, and certification services. Rather than approaching multiple providers separately, companies can access integrated packages through a single digital portal.
The services come from seven accredited partners: ZENDATA Cybersecurity, FAST Ventures, Mamo, OCTA, SGS Gulf Limited, Vault, and Pemo. These cover areas ranging from cybersecurity and payments to business growth and certification, giving companies support across several operational needs from one point of access.
According to Dubai Chambers, the platform is built around companies’ needs and designed to be streamlined and user-friendly. The single-gateway model connects businesses with public and private sector service providers, while giving those accredited partners a direct channel to reach companies operating across Dubai’s business ecosystem.
How the platform helps businesses in Dubai
The central benefit is time and resource savings. By bringing key services into one place, the platform removes the need for companies to source and vet providers individually, which allows them to focus on core operations and strategic growth. This is especially relevant for smaller firms and startups that often lack the time or networks to navigate multiple providers.
Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the aim is to enhance Dubai’s integrated investment ecosystem by giving businesses easier access to the services they need to grow and expand, both locally and globally. He added that the initiative is intended to strengthen the foundations that support the growth of Dubai’s business community.
Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the platform supports companies across all sectors, with particular relevance for the digital economy. He said it simplifies operations by connecting companies and entrepreneurs with trusted service providers, creating an environment that lets firms operate with greater flexibility and efficiency.
Why the Business in Dubai platform matters for the emirate
The launch builds on an earlier Business in Dubai programme introduced by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy in 2023, which combined institutional services with business matchmaking to connect firms with partners, investors, and customers. That earlier programme drew 365 applications from companies and involved 14 memoranda of understanding with service partners, providing a foundation for the expanded digital platform now in place.
The initiative reflects Dubai’s continued push to position itself as a competitive global destination for business and investment. Dubai Chambers has been expanding its role as a business gateway through its three-chamber model, made up of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Chamber, and the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy. Each chamber focuses on a different part of the business landscape, from local commerce to international expansion and the digital economy.
For companies weighing a move into Dubai or looking to scale existing operations, the platform offers a consolidated route to the tools and partnerships needed to do so. It brings financial, technical, marketing, and certification services into a single access point, reducing the administrative steps involved in setting up and running a business. The platform is available through Dubai Chambers for companies operating in or entering the emirate.
